Philips Systems Plant Q&R Manager in Haifa, Israel

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Establish, control and maintain all quality processes and measures in the Systems Plant.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer requirements are met .

  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish, control and maintain all quality processes across the Systems plant.

  • Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with procedures at both national and international level.

  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data and performing risk assessment.

  • Monitor performance.

  • Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.

  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.

  • System plant readiness for quality and regulatory external and internal Audits.

  • Lead and support complaint investigation, design issues, supplier issues, CAPA, Training as well as Q&R global and local projects which relates to operations activities in the Systems plant.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Graduate degree in engineering, production technology, science, quality assurance or similar.

  • Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role.

  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.

  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.

  • At least 5 years professional work experience in the medical device company, Pharmaceutical company or comparable High-Tec company.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Managerial experience, including employee evaluation and goal setting.

  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
