The BCD&M (brand, communication, digital and media) team is responsible for further developing of the Philips brand as well as development and implementation of marketing campaigns across all online and offline channels for B2C and B2B in DACH area. Important stakeholders are all marketing functions of our different Philips business groups as well as the global BCD team.
For the analysis of our marketing and media activities plus the management of our ad tech platforms in the DACH market we are looking for an experienced digital analyst & ad tech specialist with a good command of data analytics, statistical connections and a feeling for user friendly data visualizations.
Please note: this is a temp. role for 18 month as maternity cover.
Responsibility for the target setting process in digital performance channels and continuous optimizations in collaboration with the other digital capabilities based on LEAN principles (especially daily management)
Overarching analytical responsibilities for the digital touchpoints website, CRM and media for B2B and B2C
Knowledge building and transfer towards marketing / activation management concerning end-to-end campaign planning, steering and optimization
Further development of current reporting systems and tooling (QlikView/QlikSense) in collaboration with local and global functions
Support of internal teams in digital, marketing and activation management in terms of tagging and traffic measurements
Preparation and interpretation of relevant campaign data
Local responsibility for implementation of our ad tech stack (DMP / DSP) as well as piloting audience and personalization projects (Development and implementation of test cases, scaling successful cases) in close collaboration with marketing and activation management.
The BCD&M team in DACH consists of highly skilled experts in brand management, media management, communications as well as digital and media channels. We are responsible for continuously developing Philips as a brand, continuous communication as well as developing and optimizing all media and marketing channels. All while putting data in the center of our decision-making and keeping an overarching view on our B2C and B2B target audiences. The team is part of the country organization and has interfaces to marketing functions in B2B and B2C as well as global business groups and BCD functions.
Being a digital analyst & ad tech specialist will provide you a challenging but integral position in the digital command center of Philips DACH. You will have the chance to analyze all online marketing activities and work on continuous improvements across all channels. You will be able to demonstrate your high skills in digital analytics and project management at the interface between digital channels experts, local marketing, activation management and international business groups. You will be primary contact person in the DACH market for developing and improving campaign reporting and implementation of the global ad tech strategy. Next to operative analytical tasks, the role offers strategic projects to drive the digitalization and automatization of marketing in Philips further.
What we are looking for
Bachelor or Masters’ degree in economics, statistics or comparable
2-5 years practical experience in digital analytics
Ideally experienced in a global cooperation with int. matrix org.
Deep analytical skills and affinity towards numbers
Experience in managing ad tech platforms (Salesforce DMP)
Very good command of MS Excel, Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick, QlickView/Sense
Good skills in data visualization, strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English, German is a plus
