In this role, you have the opportunity to
be responsible for all new consumer-centric business models from ideation to Go-to-Market. It ranges from subscription models to strategic co-operations with relevant business partners. Embedded within the local Marketing function, you will accelerate the growth and success of the D2C business together with relevant colleagues from several different teams
You are responsible for
You will be in charge of leading and project managing existing and new global and local business model initiatives from ideation to Go-to-Market for the PH DACH organization in close alignment and cooperation with key stakeholders on local and global level within the D2C and Digital organization as well as across interdisciplinary teams.
With your strong business acumen and out-of-the box thinking, you will accelerate the growth of our D2C business by finding new ways to engage with our consumers and drive lifetime value for Philips.
Your playground will range from category-specific to overarching One PH business models that require a holistic view and deep understanding of our consumers and their purchase journeys.
You will identify and analyze business opportunities based on consumer insights, category patterns, and competitive intelligence and prioritize these in-line with the future vision and local Marketing and business priorities.
Having an End-2-End responsibility for your initiatives, you will steer and actively manage several projects from ideation to post-live reporting and evaluation across all related aspects and touchpoints together with relevant resources.
You have an overall responsibility and accountability for measuring and monitoring the lifetime value of the new business model initiatives and facilitate a holistic evaluation across all touchpoints and teams. As such, you will set relevant KPIs and track these to allow solid and sustainable decision making.
In this role, you will participate in the cross-functional consumer-first team in DACH with the objective to put our consumers’ perspective into the center of everything we do.
You will continuously inspire the Consumer Marketing and wider business team with best practices cases – with the goal to enrich the consumer engagement and activation of Philips in DACH.
You are a part of
the New Business Models team within the Personal Health organization plays a fundamental role in making it easy for people to discover, access and experience these innovative products and solutions. Its focus and responsibility lies on driving lifetime value for Philips through state-of-the-art and innovative business models that have the consumer at heart. The team actively contributes to build the foundation for a service and solution-driven organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
7-10 years of relevant experience in business development roles focusing on consumer-first business and distribution models with digital at heart
Entrepreneurial and results-driven personality with a hands-on mentality
Go-getter personality who takes ownership to deliver fast and is eager to inspire
Out-of-the-box thinker and highly passionate about innovative ways of engaging with consumers to drive best-in-class brand and product experiences that result in an increased customer lifetime value
Profound knowledge of subscription models and strategic business co-operations that are based on consumer insights
Strong affinity for analytical thinking which is paving the way for new approaches, solutions and services, challenging the status quo
Highly numerate – strong command of business and financial modeling and comfortable creating and evaluating complex spreadsheet models in order to evaluate business opportunities
Multi-tasking expert that feels comfortable managing complex processes across interdisciplinary teams
Exceptional stakeholder management & communication skills on senior management level
Experienced in leading a small team
Business fluent in English and German
Experience in Lean Office Management (Daily Management, Kaizen, Hoshin) is an advantage
