Your Challenge

In your role as product manager, you will define business opportunities, based on customer insights, and translate them into winning value propositions. You will own a defined product portfolio including the definition of roadmaps over the whole product lifecycle. Furthermore you will guide definition of commercial specifications for the required products which means being co-responsible for the realization of these products and product changes, and the proper introduction of them into the market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Builds Marketing Planning for Business Unit Imaging Components linked to the AOP and SPOR

  • Drives product strategy creation and execution for Imaging Components in the Market

  • Creates compelling Value Propositions

  • Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth, in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements

  • Creates compelling Value Propositions

  • Together with pears determines product portfolio for the Business Segment, setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time

  • Provide business with local insights about markets, competition and trends and marketing performance optimization

Your team

As part of a young and agile team you will work next to Product Managers and a Digital & Marcom Manager reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development who is reporting to the BIU Commercial Leader and the Head of the Business Line Image Chain.

What we are looking for

  • Successfully completed Master of Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent

  • 5 – 8 years of operational and strategic marketing experience on int. level

  • Strong Marketing background and experience in marketing technology, in healthcare or investment goods domains (B2B), incl. creating customized value propositions to customers

  • Experienced to work in an international matrix organization

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong networker, high drive and eager to win mentality

  • Strong technical understanding, very good presentation skills

  • Fluent in English and German (written and oral)
