In this role, you have the opportunity to

Join Philips Health System team while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips. You will work as a Sales/ Business Development Manager on driving new business initiatives, guiding project teams, composing value propositions and creating business models to assess the feasibility of these new opportunities.

You are responsible for

  • Manage a team and lead multi-disciplinary change projects in sales/business development of medical health system business

  • Serve as Consultant for implementing solution require a multidisciplinary approach, knowledge of principles, theories and concepts

  • Work independently and provide consultative advice within specific functional areas to clients

  • Introduce sales/business development methods and procedures that are new to the organization

  • Apply advanced sales/business development process principles to multiple tasks and determine its feasibility

  • Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives

  • Drive integral design of solutions, which base on customer intelligence, engaging with customers and local marketing with the goal to convert leads into clients

  • Develop and implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

  • Review and discuss the terms & conditions of service contracts with clients

You are a part of

Key talent of Health System Sales Team and aims to deliver qualified service to customers in order to fulfill the business needs and Company standard. You will base in Hong Kong office and direct report to Health System Sales Head.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with over 3 years of related experience in sales/ business development

  • From medical healthcare/ information technology industry is advantage

  • Excellent business sense with sales-oriented approach and project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills and able to interacts with functional peer groups and maintain good relationship with external parties

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
