Philips Demand & Supply Planner- Based in México (Huixquilucan) in Huixquilucan de Degollado, Mexico

Demand & Supply Planners play an essential role in the supply chain team. You will use the analytical, marketing, and sales data to effectively estimate future product demands. Include planning inventory flow, analyzing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Become part of the Supply Chain team of the Personal Health business for México & North Latam. You will be working very closely together with the commercial and marketing team.

You are responsible for:

  • Analyze sales data and trends. Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.

  • Develops and tracks key performance indicators, and evaluates performance based on the sales quotas, while taking into consideration current economic conditions.

  • Follow up with factories the production and arriving of the product to Mexico warehouse, review constraints and communicate to the business on time.

  • Ensure that availability performance and inventories are on the agreed levels.

  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Lead sales & marketing review meetings.

  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.

  • Insightful analysis and data preparation with solid reporting skills.

  • Accountable to conduct Order Intake & sales monthly review to get clear insights on numbers.

  • Fulfill and submit sales forecast timely & accurately.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistic or related career.

  • Advanced in English is a must.

  • Knowledge of SAP & JDA

  • Experience working with CPFR is a big plus

  • Proven track record working in a consumer goods industry

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.

  • Strong data analytics capability.
