In this role, you have the opportunity to
Learn and develop in the HR organization by supporting the HR Operation in the country. Coordinate multiple stakeholders from benefits vendors to employees and managers. Participate in regional and global HR Projects
You are responsible for
-Payroll management (orchestration)
-Workday update in coordination with the COE in Panama
-Daily Management updates
-Employee and Manager support
-Benefits and Vendors management
-Analytics and Reporting
-Employee events coordination
You are a part of
the local HR team and coordinate with the COE's in Panama the execution of the different functions.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
HRIS knowledge (Preferably Workday)
Intermediate Excel & MS Office Suite
-Basic Mexico Labor Law knowledge
-Lean methodoly (desired)
-Process management knowledge
