Philips Sales Excellence Officer in Huixquilucan de Degollado, Mexico


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Deploy standardized sales process in market and measure the execution thereof and bring innovation and thought leadership to continuously improve sales execution. This is an exciting chance to lead the change to drive adoption of new ways of working, bringing discipline and rigor to sales in order to develop sales excellence at Philips.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Trusted advisor to market management team on commercial transformation and sales execution

  • Leads sales improvement projects in line with local & global imperatives and business cadence

  • Deploys existing and new standardized sales processes and sales tools (e.g., CFS sales enablement tools)

  • Coaches sales leaders to become independent sales coaches

  • Accountable for adherence to sales / funnel health scorecard

  • Works within a global team of peers to improve sales excellence (strategy and deployment)

  • Responsible for training of global and local sales training programs on sales behaviors (e.g. Customer focused selling) and tools (e.g new SFDC releases or tableau)

You are a part of

Philips Healthcare commercial excellence team, reporting directly to the Cluster Leader for Philips Mexico and driving change through your influencial skills on our commercial team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Ideal candidate is an experienced Sales Operations or Sales Leader with an outstanding commercial background and strong affinity for coaching

  • Ability to manage and steer multiple stakeholders on various levels

  • Organizational leadership experience

  • Knowledge/experience on change management

Qualifications (educational and professional)

  • High communication skill proficiency (fluent English and Spanish), both speaking and writing

  • Experience driving sales effective strategies and leading its execution.

  • 5+ years of experience managing and analyzing the sales funnel on

  • 5+ Years of experience in customer facing sales

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent and Master’s in business or equivalent (preferred)
