Philips’ Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D), is a global leader in physiology and intravascular imaging for coronary and peripheral applications. Due to the dynamic growth of our business, we are looking for a clinical professional who will strengthen our team on the position of IGT-D Clinical Application Specialist CEE.
This position can be located in one of the following locations: Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia.
Yo u are responsible for :
Providing primary training and education to customers. Assisting in disseminating technical product information to customers. Assisting in the development and execution of hospital staff training courses.
Training and supporting Clinical sites on the particular requirements of Philips’s IGT-D clinical projects and technologies.
Serving existing and prospective customers by helping to define disposable product/service needs and specifications.
Achieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory. Assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division and company goals.
Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, Catheter Laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff.
Interfacing with Marketing and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
Taking care of all customers if a sales manager is on vacation or not available.
Keeping abreast of new products in the market and of current and future Company products.
Processing and monitoring product complaints per company procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Higher education qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a cath-lab is required preferably as a clinical support.
Professional qualifications as a Cardiovascular Radiological Technologist (CRT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Radiographer are nicely seen.
Experience with interventional cardiology and vascular surgery product group.
Knowledge of computer applications is required.
Excellent communication skills, coupled with analytical, training and motivational skills.
Outstanding communication and networking skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Mobility and readiness for intensive traveling ( +70% of the time by car or plane). Ability to travel with minimal notice to support cath-lab disposable usage.
Active driving license.
Fluent in English written and spoken is a must.
