Summary:

Customer Service Sales Specialist develops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions with product sales team. Together with CS management, the Customer Service Sales Specialist is accountable for the delivery of a customer satisfying & efficient service.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions with account sales teams.

  • Together with customer service management, the sales specialist is accountable for the delivery of a customer satisfying & efficient service.

  • Sustain existing business and drive profitable new business that exceeds territory sales targets in the area of services

  • Use effective management, prospecting and qualifying activities to communicate business direction.

  • Maintain relationships with the field employees to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions

  • Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management

  • Monitor competition and changes in the industry in the respective domain

  • Provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product and service offerings.

  • Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN

  • Behavioral: Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and 4 behaviors

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Degree holders with at least 5 years sales experience covering direct accounts (government and private) and also have strong engagement with indirect channel partners

  • Sales experience in Healthcare sector preferred

  • Highly skilled in customer relations management for accounts with complex stakeholder organizations

  • Strong analytical and strategic orientation to drive business growth

  • Service sale experience would be a vital consideration

  • Fluent in both English and local languages

  • Certified LEAN Basic
