You are responsible for
Design and implement innovative, data-driven solutions that address business and HR needs and challenges.
Deliver recurring scorecards and dashboards on business performance and the effectiveness and impact of HR investments.
Present data, insights, and recommendations for action as a visually compelling story.
Fulfil ad-hoc data and analytical requests as needed.
Represent HR and business needs during the design and rollout of companywide analytics solutions.
Build analytical capability of HR business partners through guidance, consultation, and training as the expert on the selection of appropriate tools, the identification of drivers, trends, and proactive opportunities from the data.
Maintain integrity and strict confidentiality to protect employee data privacy.
Employee Attrition Prediction to identify employees who are likely to leave voluntarily.
Design, define and manage interactive dashboards to drive innovative and impactful HR organization to manage HR KPI's.
Provide key support for HR Change projects and drives process simplification. Work collaboratively with Global Project Teams, Centre of Excellence, HRBPs and Finance Partners.
HR Decision-Making Processes such as Benefit program analysis.
Exit interview analysis.
Incentives framework deployment and calculation in collaboration with Rewards, HR BPs, Finance (Annual Incentives, Sales Incentives).
Budgeting analysis together with HR BPs and Finance Partners.
You are part of HR SS (Human Resources Shared Services Team), which are the subject matter experts responsible for the delivery of processes and solutions in scope towards the Shared Services Centres, CoEs and HR functions. This team provides support/guidance in resolution of problems, reviews change requests, implementation of changes, ensures proper performance of used systems and interfaces, while also setting-up, managing and applying continuous improvements in their area of expertise. HR Shared Services are also responsible for all major Global HR project including project management conducted within the area of HR Processes and Solutions.
To be based in Turkey, this role reports into the HR Shared Services Director MET, Market Middle East and Turkey. This team is defined as a centre of excellence within the Philips organisation. You will join a team of ambitious, aspirational, hardworking and fun colleagues!

We are looking for
Graduate with Bachelor or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
Expert in HR processes and tools (Payroll, Workday, etc.), quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting.
Excel expert level.
Good communication, persuasion and presentation skills, ability to drive change and manage stakeholders within a complex organization.
Strong analytic, quantitative abilities & problem solving skills.
Strong customer orientation and an excellent team player.
Change agent with good facilitating and project management skills, with a ‘can-do’ mentality.
Expertize in translating business requirements into insights and analytics solutions
Knowledge of quality systems and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Daily Management, Problem Solving, etc.)
Proactive and ability to show initiative
Ability to prioritise conflicting demands.
Good cultural awareness and ability to work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
