As part of this transformation and growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant, which is on a fixed term contract until the end of 2019.

You are responsible for

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment for Middle East & Turkey

  • Delivering an outstanding and accurate candidate experience to differentiate us from our competitors

  • Operating as a trusted advisor to the business ensuring you are seen as a business partner with expertise and the ability to shape the future state of the organisation

  • Supporting our mission to be a truly diverse and inclusive employer

  • Sourcing the best candidates from quality channels, referrals are a great example of a quality channel

  • Working on vacancies in Precision Diagnosis, Image Guided Therapy, Personal Health & Connected Care, whilst the successful incumbent doesn’t need experience in health technology

  • Driving best practices within the recruiting space and finding opportunities to continually improve our ways of working

You are part of Philips Talent Acquisition team, which is a Center of Expertise in our HR organization. Together with HR Managers, HR Business Partners, other Centers of Expertise and Philips People Services, we deliver HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle. In the Talent Acquisition team for Royal Philips, Talent Acquisition Consultants, Sourcing Specialists, Recruitment Marketing Specialists and a support team work closely together to hire the best people for Philips.

As Talent Acquisition Consultant, you are part of the Enabling Functions Talent Acquisition team of experienced, passionate and fun professionals.

To be based in Istanbul, this role reports into the Head of Talent Acquisition UKI & MET. This team is defined as a centre of excellence within the Philips organisation. You will join a team of ambitious, aspirational, hardworking and fun colleagues!

We are looking for

  • An experienced Talent Acquisition professional with minimum 5 years of experience

  • Ability to business partner, support and challenge where appropriate

  • A successful track record of providing a fantastic candidate experience

  • A positive and tenacious attitude with a creative and team orientated attitude

  • Excellent organizational skills along with strong customer and solution focus

  • Outstanding communication, consulting and influencing skills

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
