Philips Clinical Applications Specialist, OBGYN in Jakarta (Java), Indonesia


You are responsible for

  • Set up application training schedules, in close cooperation with the customer

  • Train & (re)train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered equipment

  • (re-)Train hospital staff in case of new releases and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment

  • Support the market by providing the right clinical sales tools and clinical sales activities

  • Conduct regular visits to customers & channels to obtain direct feedback from them about the clinical quality of the training, device’s application and customer satisfaction

  • To assist during demo for the pre sales stage & clinical related task for post sales for OBGYN

  • Stay "on track" with the new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment

  • Provide clinical feedback to factory to ensure PHILIPS product will be able to win the competition in the market

  • Ensure that all clinical applications training, with both new and existing customers, complies with the company's quality policy

  • Responsible in developing the market clinical environment by delivering necessary information from PHILIPS to market and/or market to PHILIPS

  • Establish excellent relationship with channel partner or key market including the medical association

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities needed to meet the needs of the organization

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A degree in related field with minimum 3 years’ service experience in hospital sector and minimum 3 years working experience in commercial field. Experience with Obgyn device would be a plus.

  • Willingness to learn new things & able to adapt quickly to the environment

  • Familiar with Hospital workflow, standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

  • Passion in teaching and sharing the knowledge with others

  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks

  • May lead and direct the work of others

  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required

  • Ability to work independently and travel across Indonesia

  • Ability to communicate with English; both verbally and in writing
