Philips E-commerce, Key Acccount Manager (Consumer) in Jakarta (Java), Indonesia


You are responsible for

  • Accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin at a specified number of customers and accountable for managing the sales orders.

  • Coordinate all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and work closely together with local marketing, such as Category Management and E-Commerce Marketing.

  • Ensure continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operate at the highest level in the accounts’ organizations, and also facilitate the executive level interfaces between Philips and the accounts if necessary.

  • Prepare the annual account plan in line with the national and regional account plan strategy and implements the sales strategy.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local and regional marketing strategies (ranging from always-on initiatives to campaigns).

  • Initiate and negotiate tailor-made actions, discusses with Account’s brand managers and category managers about promotions, exclusive products, brand exposure on-site and other sales initiatives

  • Ensure availability of goods/deliverables in cooperation with order desk and logistics

  • Systematically analyze and report on sales results, expectations, market competition and trends

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 3-5 years of related experience.

  • Professional knowledge and experience in the use of relevant online marketing and sales techniques.

  • Good knowledge of logistics, process management and finance.

  • A strong Commercial sense to identify opportunities and grow the business and a data-driven aptitude in decision making

  • Ability to lead independent negotiations with accounts, within given guidelines and commercial policy.

  • Ability to prepare and give presentations on national key account management level.

  • E-Commerce account management experience, either from brand principal, distributor or ecommerce platform.

  • Ability to work independently, with strong relationship skills and a (fun) team player mentality

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia verbally and in writing.
