Philips RE Assistant & Support in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage daily operations and directly support the Real Estate & Facilities Manager

You are responsible for

  • Performs, entirely independently, the full range of secretarial tasks which involve a very high level of responsibility and are of a confidential nature for an Executive, his nearest employees and/or the department

  • Arranges that activities/processes in the own organization tune with the demands of the superior

  • You are key in managing daily operation for PRE, and central contact point for the department or leader

  • You maintain all files structured and properly, offer administrative support where required

  • You accurately manage complex agendas; manage expense claims, office supplies, on-boarding etc.

  • You organize meetings and workshops with various stakeholders, support in preparation of materials, minute them and ensure proper follow-up of actions

  • You complete specific projects as assigned

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Associate degree required

  • Enthusiastic person who is willing to take initiatives on all aspects of the job.

  • Good communication in English and local language

  • Basic MS office knowledge

  • Proactive and positive mindset

  • Saudi Nationality preferred
