Philips Digital Media Planner in Kiev, Ukraine

  • Developing and implementing a country Philips web presence strategy and plan that covers content, communication, tools on the Philips website

  • Defining and implementing local projects and liaise with the global web organization to secure integration;

  • Creating new content and pages, new promotions and banners, new feature roll-outs, dealer locators, buy now functionalities, pricing information, URL management, translations, etc.

  • Performing A/B testing to optimize marketing content effectiveness

  • Day-to-day monitoring of web site performance

  • Gathering, analyzing and reporting of web KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

  • Ensuring constant co-operation between all functions involved in the execution of the marketing and commercial plans

  • Documentation flow arrangement in accordance to company policies

Requirements:

  • Technical education is preferred

  • 1-2 years’ related experience

  • Broad understanding of the web development process & digital technologies

  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools

  • Fluent English (both spoken and written) is a must

As Digital Media Planner you will be responsible for optimizing integrated, multi-touch digital campaigns while the campaigns are running. You will be an expert in how to use Philips digital measurement dashboard and data available and to optimize the campaign against specific objectives around awareness, consideration and conversion. You will work in close collaboration with our media agency team to validate decisions and advise Philips brand marketing teams on actions.

You are responsible for:

  • digital media optimization of campaigns from strategic ideation through execution with a focus on measurement and analytics and campaign execution

  • close collaboration with Philips Marketing Managers and media agency to translate campaign results from dashboard into actionable insights and optimizations

  • close monitoring of campaign activities to identify actionable optimization decisions including creative rotation, channel/partner selection, site optimization and conversion performance. Be the performance eyes and ears for in-market activity with a focus on continuous performance improvement.

  • optimization framework and explain the optimization levers and options to business stakeholders

  • gathering and providing information to stakeholders on project status, escalating issues, and ensuring projects are on track with timelines, deliverables, and stick to our brand standards and strategic goals.

  • management and analysis of massive data sets from a variety of sources and platforms

  • managing of documentation, such as status documents, campaign optimization executions and performance

  • managing a deliverables schedule & knowing the frequency in when they should be created and presented

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field of study.

  • minimum 5 years of digital media experience working at a media agency or in-house digital marketing/ digital campaign / digital analytics team

  • extensive experience in campaign optimization and solid knowledge of Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics, and digital metrics and KPIs; Digital Marketing Channels include Display, Search, Social, CRM, and Online Video.

  • strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications

  • knowledge of multi-channel marketing technologies, principles, processes, and best practices.

  • experience with presentation and communication (written and verbal) of insights and optimization recommendations to business stakeholders.

  • collaborative team player with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and extreme attention to detail.

  • ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Experience managing and coordinating efforts across various teams.

  • strong analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation that maps back to business objectives.

  • ability to provide thought leadership on all aspects of digital advertising, digital media strategy and standard media measurement

  • fluent English
