Job Information

Philips Key Account Manager, Sleep and Respiratory Care, Ukraine in Kiev, Ukraine


In this role, you have the opportunity to

This field-based position reports to District Leader and is responsible for the sales activities and business relationship with various stakeholders in Ukraine. In order to meet this requirement, the incumbent’s focus will be developing and managing relationships with medical community, medical distributors, homecare providers and implementing sales, business and marketing strategies.

You are responsible for

  • Develop & execute the strategic plan for Philips SRC business in UA for the next 3-5 years in order to accelerate actual business and to adapt to the changing market needs including channel options

  • Analyze the Sleep and Respiratory Care market structure in Ukraine including actual distribution, competition, health insurance and medical community to improve our market knowledge.

  • Implement and track the sales & marketing strategies with the given concepts to achieveand maximize awareness of Philips Respironics technologies and products.

  • Develop and maintain relationship with opinion leaders, sleep labs, insurance companies,

  • patient groups and relevant decision makers in the hospitals.

  • You will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time in the role. Regular visits in all major sleep labs in Ukraine to secure growth.

  • Effectively collaborate with business marketing and clinical marketing team and deliver accelerated growth in Ukraine

  • Participate at local congresses, trade shows and exhibitions.

Effectively manage SRC distribution network in UA:

  • optimize their way of working and efficiency

  • provide the required support to ensure their success throughout the year

  • review performance & effectively address deviations to plan/expectations if any

  • motivate and train the distributor sales team according to the company rules and standards


  • Typically requires University degree with 3-5 years of related experience in B2B / B2C Sales

  • Experience in building and executing account strategy

  • Certified LEAN Basic
