MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:
Plan and prioritize sales activities with customer towards achieving agreed business aims. Quarterly /Annual sales planning with the customer.
Plan and manage customer product portfolio to an agreed targets and market development.
Reach the distribution goals at the customer retail network.
Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg. Product launches, promotions, advertising etc.
Regular Banner’s point of sale visits in order to monitor and control the implementation of Philips merchandising standards and agreements reached with the customer. Communicate with field sales staff and regional representatives on the improvements/changes to be implemented in retail.
Support TM in organizing centralized product training for shop-floor staff (through the communication with the customer central office).
Maintain Key Account plan and database of the customer in consistent way, update regularly.
Provide Sales management with regular reports and activity plans
Monitor regular competitors’ activities.
Fulfill other job related tasks required by management to maximize business results.
Higher education (economics preferably);
Fluent in verbal and written local languages in addition to English language (at least Intermediate level).
Experience in working with direct channel;
Preparation and realization of annual contracts;
Achievements of objectives in assortment and pricing policy;
Achievements of sales volume, marginal and financial targets;
Min 4+ years of proven successful experience in sales, account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Advanced PC user (MS Office);
Valid driving license and experience;
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Excellent oral and writing communication, presentation skills;
Excellent negotiation skills;
