MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:

Trade Shopper Marketing (TMS) manager is responsible for Trade Marketing (e.g. BTL promotions, trainings, assortment channelization, In-Store excellence) and Category Management. Build and successfully run Trade Shopper Marketing strategy in Ukraine ensuring alignment across Sales and Marketing departments on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including budget management. As a Category Manager drive sales growth through analyzing shopper, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with, sales and customers to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.

MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:

  • Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.

  • Leading efforts to leverage the Global Brand Positioning and solidify the company's superiority at Points of Sales.

  • Providing leadership in the translation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs.

  • Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.

  • Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away.

  • Analyzing Market intelligence: for existing and potential trends; measurement of competitors activities/performance at Retail;

  • Identifying opportunities for penetration into new channels and distribution into existing ones.

  • Enhancing visibility at store level.

  • Leading key customers Category Management projects: demonstrating expertness in market pricing, competitive products analysis; being responsible for SKU count for line and SKU productivity; accounting specific plans for key customers; analyzing data and suggesting the further development on constant basis.

  • Leading and developing the Trade Marketing & Category Managers team.

Education & Experience:

  • Higher education (marketing / economics preferably)

  • 3+ years of strong, classic Trade Marketing background in FMCG company / Retail (additional experience in an industry where the business is driven more by Technology, Engineering).

  • Proven ability and desire to help build a Trade Marketing infrastructure, including processes, methodologies and tools required to drive Trade Marketing, Marketing and Category Management effectiveness.

Knowledge:

  • Proven ability and desire to help build a Trade Marketing infrastructure, including processes, methodologies and tools required to drive Trade Marketing, Marketing and Category Management effectiveness.

  • Fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English.

  • Advanced PC user (MS Office).

  • Valid driving license and experience.
