In this role, you have the opportunity to
Contribute to the Customer Demand Fulfillment in our medical devices factories in Latham.
You are responsible for
Drives delivery model/cross businesses Customer Demand Fulfillment by ensuring material availability in the supply chain according to priorities set by the business, while maintaining the agreed SLAs.
Leads Tactical material and capacity planning (supplier forecast and handshake feedback) in an optimized way through the use of planning calculation methods
Accountable for Operational planning and Purchase Order management
Defines master data strategy to enable touchless replenishment in an industrial environment
Establishes Inventory Policy
Initiates changes to material management concepts in accordance with the requirements of the customers leading to continuous improvements and standardization across the entire supply chain
Full ownership to mitigate in case of supply risks and issues,
Build the staff of the department to safeguard efficient and effective operational material management in the long term.
Design long-term policy for the Operational Material Management Site Department in Global Operational Material Management organization
Develop and deploy harmonization of processes in Operational Material Management organization
Lead an integral material management department

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
10 years of related experience.
Cross-functional experience in related functions
Customer Service Level: OTTR / OTTP / COTS (depending on delivery model)
Supplier delivery performance (VMI & CLIP)
Integral Warehousing & Distribution costs as % of revenue – upstream & mainstream
Inventory (as % of MAT sales) – business controllable
Strategic Plan execution
