Philips Key Account Manager (Personal HealthCare Business- Consumer Goods) based in Perú in Lima, Peru


In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Develops and drives credible and productive long-term relation with customers, by understanding their business needs and providing value propositions, being the point of contact of the relationships with accounts.

You are responsible for:

  • Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relation with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customer’s strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends.

  • Coordinate efficient One Philips approach to the customer, by working with Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain team members at account.

  • Develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key account customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan.

  • Maintain and grow comparable sales and market share / share of wallet through: Funnel Management & Order Intake.

  • Responsible for filling the funnel management tool (Salesforce).

  • Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.

  • Creates, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, the optimal offers to the accounts.

  • Creates and implements action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips.

  • Systematically analyzes and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Marketing or related careers.

5-8 years of experience in multinational companies within the commercial area and with management of the distributor channel .

Experience in Account Management and knowledge in relevant marketing and sales techniques.

Bilingual in English.

Excellent organizational skills

Ability in problem- solving

Strong in building relationships.

Data-driven, analytical and good negotiation skills.

For this position you need an in-depth understanding of the customer strategy and need to define an account strategy that drives profitable growth.

Your team

Based in Perú will act as a Key Account Manager for Philip’s Personal HealthCare (Consumer goods). This position will report to the Business Cluster of PH – Pacific Cluster.
