Philips Customer Service Specialist Portugal in Lisboa, Portugal

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Stand at the heart of Philips’ strategy to develop an innovative customer centric approach for our Personal Health (PH) business in Iberia.

You are responsible for

  • Reviewing and approving aftersales credit notes with Personal Health Portugal main customer (retail). Supporting on the order intake from customers in Portugal in close relation with sales team and logistical.

  • Supporting Consumer Care operations in Portugal in line with Iberia strategic objectives.

  • Collaborating with local teams on service issues, processes and agreements.

  • Acting as key point of contact for Iberia Contact Center for daily operation and KPI achievement.

  • Analyzing consumer data from Contact Center to develop and improve consumer experience with Philips products in Iberia.

  • Deploying initiatives and activities to achieve consumer satisfaction, cost control objectives and projects implementation.

You are a part of

Consumer Care Iberia for Personal Health business, ensuring the aftersales service and support of our consumers in Portugal. You will closely work with consumer experience and network managers to provide a seamless experience to our consumers while considering cost efficiency.

Based in Lisbon Headquarter.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • First experience in After Sales, Services or Logistics, ideally completed with an experience in consumers contact centers (minimum 2-3 years).

  • Pack Office Proficiency (advanced Excel), knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

  • Team player, dynamic, autonomous, analytical and eager to work in an international environment.

  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English mandatory.
