In this role, you have the opportunity to
Implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.
You are responsible for
Producing quotations and tenders for the sales force across all Business Units / Business Lines
Coordinate Tenders in terms o cross sectors department
Create and maintain a total overview of all offers and tenders
Set priorities and ensures correct and completeness of offers and tenders within required timeframes
Ensure correct and up-to-date quality documentation and coordinate timely alignment in terms of tender-related issues with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and preparing quotes approval in a dedicated tool

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Graduate with Bachelor or Master degree
Fluent English is a must (both verbal and written)
Working in matrix organization experience preferred
Ability to inspire commitment, communicate and influence virtually
Strong influencing skills; convincing power
Very good communication skills and customer attitude
Self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in a virtual environment
Developed analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail
Computer literacy essential and experience in MS office applications
