Philips Order Management Specialist with French in Lodz, Poland


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Implement and improve the Order Management process objectives and the day-to-day management of the ordering process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.

You are responsible for

  • Order management process for Products business (order creation and processing in SAP and ERP systems)

  • Providing administrative support – preparing reports, analyzing credit and pricing blocks, control goods in stock etc.

  • Customer complaints handling process – coordinate identify and solve any mismatches in placed orders or warehouse logistics process in case of wrong delivery, issue credit notes

  • In this role you will be in direct mail and phone contact with Philips customers and Key Account Managers

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Graduate with Bachelor or Master degree

  • Fluent French is a must (verbal and written)

  • Intermediate English is a must (both verbal and written)

  • Experience with SAP is nice to have

  • Working in matrix organization experience preferred

  • Ability to inspire commitment, communicate and influence virtually

  • Strong influencing skills; convincing power

  • Very good communication skills and customer attitude

  • Self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in a virtual environment

  • Developed analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail

  • Computer literacy essential and experience in MS office applications
