This role is pivotal to drive education as a business across Philips. Serving education teams in the different businesses and the markets, the Product Marketing manager defines the commercial education service propositions and is co-responsible for the proper introduction of these services in the market.
You will be responsible for
Driving the definition, development and introduction of winning education services propositions across Philips. By working in close alignment with customers, businesses, markets and internal stakeholders, you will strive to continuously improve our integral offerings;
Contributing to the definition of the integral proposition based on market- and customer insights, including value proposition, supporting claims, pricing strategy, offer design, channel, target customers and markets;
Constantly aligning the Education Portfolio between markets and the education teams in the different businesses to determine the appropriate services required to sell and drive education as a business;
Defining the market deployment and activation strategy and drive the global execution in collaboration with the businesses and local markets;
Participate in defining the education services roadmap and education services portfolio;
Aligning the organization around education as a business inclusive of : strategy, content, sales, operations, and delivery;

The Professional Services & Solution Delivery team, responsible for solution-based products creation and deployment within the Philips healthcare continuum.
You will work in a highly motivated team and predominantly work with stakeholders in markets and business across the globe. Centrally you will work with the global Education team.
The team operates in an open atmosphere, characterized by a self-directed mindset, prioritizing your focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Strong experience in the new product introduction, preferably in the Healthcare industry and/ or in Customer Services;
Expertise in market segmentation, product/service strategy, competitive strategy, and product/ service development;
Strong conceptual skills; ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and experience with marketing methods, like value proposition creation, pricing, portfolio management, marketing communications, and market introduction;
Ability to guide and drive the development of new services from the initial phase until market introduction and adoption; broad interests that allow you to interact with various disciplines; inspire and motivate others;
Experience with various aspects of Healthcare marketing -both strategic and tactical- to ensure successful launch of our proposition (s) in the market;
Proven ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams;
Strong communication skills to interact with different stakeholders in the organization as well as with business partners and customers, project management skills, influencing skills, stakeholder management and ability to develop market leading products/ solutions;
Knowledge of education domain would be an asset, specifically best practices around content design, development and delivery would be an advantage;
Solid in spoken and written English skills;
