In this role, you have the opportunity to
The Project Manager will initiate, lead and implement improvement projects for GBS. These projects focus on the development of new GBS capabilities, implementation of strategic initiatives and improvement of existing operational processes in the areas of transformation (Funnel Management), transition and operations.
Projects cover the global E2E processes, from suppliers, through manufacturing and distribution to end customers.
Projects aim at developing best practice approaches to ensure the seamless and effective integration of new products, services and applications in key markets
You are responsible for
Initiate and manage projects from definition, through execution, to closure, including planning, budget control, stakeholder management and regular communication updates. Ensures that processes are properly documented and deployed
Set and deploy high standards on project management skills across GBS.
Drive deployment of GBS strategy within GBS
Build communities of practice across GBS, in close cooperation with central team and internal customers.
Define the risks and issues of the KPIs and SLA’s implementation and develops scenarios to overcome these risks
Change management towards key stakeholders, both internal (Markets, Businesses, Functions) as well as external (customers) where appropriate.
You are a part of
Jobholder is reporting to Operation Excellence Leader in the GBS Hub in Lodz and will be primarily supporting projects initiated by PMO in GBS Amsterdam HQ. Can also be working on projects that will be specific to GBS Hub Lodz, depending on workload. Job holder has no direct reports.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master's degree, or equivalent
Has > 8 years of relevant working experience, including experience in successfully managing various projects
Be strong at structuring complex tasks and possess strong coordination skills
Good influencing and relationship building skills
Change management skills
Good process and data analytical skills
Experienced in Lean (DM, problem solving, Value Stream Mapping etc)
Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met
PMP certificate (or equivalent) is required.
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is required.
