Be a Member of the Management Team, co-responsible for the daily management of the department
You are responsible for
Coordinating a team of internal specialists and external stakeholders.
Drives customer satisfaction level.
Collect insights about markets, competition and trends.
Drive Performance Optimization and continuous improvements applying LEAN.
Is responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan.
Controls the project progress, evaluates all change requests as to feasibility.
Keeps up-to-date with the evolving business and application domain in order to optimize the goals of each project/program and maximize the synergy.
Provides a feedback loop on post-project execution.
Influence on key decisions regarding content within team.
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelors or Master Degree in Technical discipline.
Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and matrix organization.
3+ years of experience with leading a cross functional team.
Communicates skills for managing relations with management representatives of stakeholders.
Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures.
Problem – solving skills.
Fluent in the English language.
