Philips Project Officer SC Systems & Medical Devices in Lodz, Poland

As part of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) transformation within Philips, our company is reorganizing across different delivery models in order to serve our customers better.

The purpose of the PMO for Systems & Medical Devices is to operationalize our ISC by ensuring strong planning, execution, monitoring and control of our SC “Perform” & “Transform” priorities.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Be part of a large scale transformation for the Supply Chain organization in Systems & Med Devices

  • Execute a reporting cadence around our critical “Perform” indicators and “Transformation” programs

  • Gain experience across different parts of the Supply Chain, working with different (senior) stakeholders.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting the Strategic PMO in setting up the governance, standard work and operating rhythm related to the “Perform” & “Transform” priorities of SC Systems and Med Devices

  • Ensure the governance, standard work and op rhythm is in line with the overall Integrated Supply Chain cadence and Rhythm at the level of our COO

  • Design and set up the Collaboration Platforms of the SC Leadership Team

  • Ensuring reports, progress reports and standard work for ‘Perform’ and ‘Transform’ initiatives are up-to-date and available on Central Repositories

  • Training our SC community in using the PMO standards and collaboration platforms

  • Supporting Strategic PMO with meeting reviews and planning, action/decision/risks/issues logs and follow-up

  • Performing ad-hoc analysis to support the resourcing and staffing of our key priorities

  • Integrating and updating planning and roadmap of Top Supply Chain initiatives

  • Updating Initiative Impact Tracker in collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Monitors compliance to reporting standards and templates

You are a part of the Global Business Services organization in Lodz. Global Competence Center in Łódź , where we centralize our transactional processes. We bring together supporting roles within HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional environment. Your future colleagues speak 25+ languages and represent 15+ different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries on a daily basis.

You will support the Strategic PMO team based in the Netherlands in driving the transformation for the Systems and Medical Devices organizations globally.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor / Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management or Business Administration

  • Preferable with experience in a multinational company/environment

  • 2 years experience in applying project management methods and reporting activities

  • Experience with use and admin of Share point sites / Microsoft Teams

  • Strong skills in XLS, Power BI or Tableau reporting

  • Strong project management skills and passion for details and reporting

  • Fluent in English

  • Structured, Self-driven, Eager to learn and to challenge status quo

  • Willing to travel 30-50% of the time
