You are responsible for
Creating employee account and maintenance in an internal educational portal
Updating the training cluster according to individual and company needs
Marinating of contact with stakeholders regarding changes in training and development plans
You are a part of our Global Competence Center in Łódź , where we centralize our business processes. We bring together supporting roles within HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional environment. Your future colleagues speak 25+ languages and represent 15+ different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries on a daily basis.
You will be part of the GBS Learning & Development Team - We believe that learning and development is continuous and that professionals never stop learning . When our employees are engaged in their work and feel a genuine sense of achievement and community , we have done our jobs well.
GBS L&D works closely together with Philips University but offers some special services:
A Global team that works on global L&D initiatives, supporting the global GBS strategy. We have the capability to analyze learning needs and create and deliver learning solutions.
An L&D lead for each hub, reporting into the hub leader. Your L&D lead is:
A strategic partner to the hub leader, providing L&D support for the Hub strategy
A go-to person for employees and managers for all matters related to Learning and Development.
Being embedded in the Hub, the L&D lead is well placed to:
Know what is really happening in the hub and what its needs are
Plan and deliver learning events that fit the culture and operation of the Hub
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience in MS Office and in database software
Communicative English ( at least B2)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
