In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for
Support purchase to pay process (PTP) in Philips, liaising with Philips businesses and 3rd party suppliers as appropriate.
Acting as the first point of contact for PTP related questions of 3rd parties or local organizations.
Secure proper execution of the PTP process
Providing relevant reporting, validate data and analytics.
Initiating and participating in projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the PTP process.

We bring together supporting roles within HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional environment. You will be part of Philips Finance Regional Hub in Łódź and you will report directly to the Purchase to Pay Team Lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Proven professional experience in IFRS accounting and book keeping in the international company (Account Payable department).
Up to date standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules.
Experience in MS office applications (excellent command of MS Excel is a must).
Understanding of SAP.
