In this role, you have the opportunity to performs tactical, operational and transactional sourcing for indirect materials and services and support in executing the process flows within the various systems. Roe within the Procurement organization.
You are responsible for
Liaising with strategic stakeholders in procurement and marketing domain.
Translating business needs into operational activities by providing solutions in tools.
Conducting communication to stakeholders and end users.
Managing inquiries regarding marketing supply base.
Ensuring alignment and flow of data if different procurement tools and systems.
Running continuous improvements projects on the current landscape.
Preparing relevant documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
2 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large network of cross functional stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Dynamic and customer oriented mind-set is essential.
Be self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in virtual environment.
Good organizational skills and aptitude for detail.
Analytical skills; working with Microsoft Office and data bases (VBA would be an asset).
LEAN and project management skill would be assets.
