In this role you will be responsible for
To live your passion for supply chain and develop your expertise in business services by integrating and strengthening Supply Chain organization to optimize our delivery to customers.
You are responsible for
Ensuring that quality of operations is in line with agreed standards/specifications and fully compliant
Ensuring a great internal customer experience, coaching your team on these soft skills
Managing and creating a working environment enabling the team to deliver excellent service levels at minimum integrated supply chain cost
Monitoring the Key Performance indicators and taking necessary actions as soon as possible to steer and correct
Initiating changes to supply chain management concepts in accordance with the customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across the E2E supply chain
Driving supply chain transformation towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data driven decision-making
HR management (capacity planning, development of own staff, coaching, performance management)
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Min. 3 years of professional experience in people management
Knowledge of supply chain management / business administration
Hands-on experience with Lean techniques and culture
Good communication skills at different levels (to factories and regions/customers)
Project management skills
Fluent in English, other European languages are a strong plus
