In this role, you have the opportunity to
Have a visible impact on the society by supporting our healthcare customers on daily basis.
You will be responsible for
Recruit, manage, mentor and develop the team consisting of Order Managers and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment;
Taking ownership and act as escalation point for daily operational and customer challenges and following them through to resolution;
Adhere to and manage cost center budget;
Performing audit procedures and developing standard audit framework;
Develop customer support processes, policies and standards;
Active participation in business transformation projects;
Actively engage in system development projects together with global IT and business analysts;
Work with LEAN capabilities such as Daily Management, Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving;
Follow up on daily KPIs within the area of Order Management/Supply Chain and employee engagement;
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Min. 3 years previous relevant experience in people management;
Professional experience in the fields related to customer service, customer support or supply chain;
Preferably LEAN Experience (e.g. Daily Management, PRIDE Problem Solving);
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel and SAP would be an advantage;
Good organizational skills and attention to details;
Problem solving mindset with ability to identify improvement opportunities;
Ability to persuade and influence others;
