CSS Project Manager
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Provide professional, clinical and technical services to customers for products and solutions of the Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care portfolio.
These tailored-made solutions (in critical care and Anesthesia) help medical teams better manage millions of patients in several hospitals in Spain.
You are responsible for:
Monitoring the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes
Customizing the system, in order to maximise the performance for the users.
Performing installations and configuration of MATC products and solutions
Delivering customers training and providing go-live support
Providing services in accordance with the scope of the contract
To ensure the clinical accuracy of the systems that are installed
Providing presales clinical and application expertise for sales team
Staying current on product, services, IT and industry trends so as to offer the best in class education for customers
Participates in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings
You are a part of: The MATC Connected Care Solutions team. You join a multidisciplinary team of project manager, technical and application consultants and support engineers. You also interact with healthcare professionals, mainly in anesthesia and critical care, as well as with Hospital IT departments to integrate our solution into the clinical hospital workflow. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Engineering degree in Computer Science or IT
Project management experience
Data Science background would be an advantage
Min of 3 years’ experience in IT solutions deployment (ideally in hospital), clinical environment, and/or technical experience with hospital solutions
Knowledge of hospital network and programming language, HL7 standard, integration engine (for instance, Rhapsody or Mirth), SQL Server, Windows Server
Excellent customer service skills, commitment, ability to drive project team and external stakeholder
Autonomous, strong collaboration skills, solution and result oriented
Fluent Spanish and English is required
