In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support and bring your expertise directly to the medical professionals in Spain for the Coronary portfolio of the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) division of Philips. You have a visible impact on our development and on innovation in cardiology.
You are responsible for
Providing primary training and education to customers. Assisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and in the development and execution of hospital staff training courses.
Achieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory. Assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division and company goals.
Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter Laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff.
Interfacing with Marketing and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
Providing ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries.
Keeping abreast of new products in the market and of current and future company products.
Processing and monitoring product complaint per company procedures.
You are a part of
A passionate and dedicated sales and application team with an entrepreneurial spirit in which your views will be encouraged and your growth will be fostered. You will report to the Iberia Sales Manager IGT and interact with Sales, Marketing, Quality and Product Development teams. You will have a direct impact on our footprint in Cath labs with training and supporting physicians and medical professionals across Spain.
Position based in Madrid. Travels expected in Spain, potential support to Portugal.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Graduated in Biomedical engineering or technical/scientific degree
Experienced in clinical support on the healthcare market or assistive technology in medical centers in the area of cardiology.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, autonomy and customer orientation.
Fluent in Spanish, good level of English.
