In this role, you have the opportunity to
Bring innovation and new business opportunities in the Healthcare environment in the South of Spain and have a visible impact on our sales development.
You are responsible for
Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization at the assigned accounts (private and public) for the Ultrasound portfolio
Developing and driving a credible and productive long-term relation with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation
Ensuring that completed quotations are based on a solution / configuration compliant to specifications validated by the Business Units (BU), and it is properly reviewed by Operations for feasibility and accuracy prior to being issued
Coordinating efficient One Philips approach to the customer, by working with Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain team members at account
Developing Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key account customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth; fully leveraging the BMC operating model while it will need to increasingly support product, solutions and services towards full portfolio standardization
Driving continuous improvement via Lean management
Funnel Management (flawlessly updating Sales Force and attend to all 1:1 and funnel meetings)
Providing Sales/OiT forecast
Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. Continue business processes using state-of-sale tactics and strategies to close agreements.
Participating in seminars and conferences.
Documenting the complaints of customers through our internal processes.
Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and behaviors.
You are a part of
The Spain affiliate. You will report to the Ultrasound Business Line Manager for Iberia and you join a passionate and dedicated team with an entrepreneurial spirit in which your views will be encouraged and your growth will be fostered.
Based in Malaga, you directly interact with Clinical Application, Marketing and Service teams.
Travels expected across the South of Spain.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree level Education (sales or biomedical engineering)
First experience in sales management or clinical support in the medical device industry (preferably in Ultrasound)
Autonomy, customer oriented, good communication and analytical skills
Fluent Spanish and conversational English required
