Product Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to the Director, Marketing, this entry-level Marketing position would be responsible for providing strategic support to a dynamic Marketing team, with the opportunity to have ownership of a full brand P&L. This role is intended for candidates who are about to graduate or have graduated in the past 12 months.
You are responsible for:
Marketing and Brand Management (65%):
As co-owner of the product strategy & planning process, define and realize a global/regional marketing policy, such that the budgeted targets, volume, and profit, can be realized with and through the defined sales channels.
Support and guide the Product Creation Process through analyzing market research, defining commercial requirement specifications and product specifications.
Set up and execute roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock.
Support the development of the marketing communication plan and budget and make sure that the Marketing Communications deliverables, like packaging, manuals and product information, is available in the required languages, in order to successfully introduce and promote products and compete with the competitors.
Develop sales plans in cooperation with the sales channels and key accounts in order to maximize the support to the sales process and set prices and product positioning and to define sales training and sales support.
Plan, build and maintain relations with key account or key users in order to stay connected to the developments and trends in the market.
Support analysis and execution of digital strategies, including shop, ecommerce and Amazon
Tactical/Administrative Support (35%):
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Marketing degree, HBA/BBA preferred. Intended for those about to graduate or have graduated in the past 12 months.
Previous marketing co-op placements desired
Enjoy working in a team environment, works well in a creative and entrepreneurial culture
Quick learner, strategic, and able to handle multiple projects
