Project Coordinator - Health Systems (Canada)
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for sales order integrity and management to ensure the project manager receives their ordered goods at the right place, at the right time. This requires timely communication with the Project Management organization, US Merge Center, Customer Fulfilment Center, Philips Factories and external Philips suppliers where appropriate.
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Be the first point of contact for the Project Management team for problem resolution for supply chain issues
Review factory confirmed delivery dates compared to requested delivery date from the project manager and take proper action to align the dates as closely as possible.
Tracks order shipments to ensure on time and complete deliveries through the Merge Center and to customer sites using various logistical databases and transportation carrier websites. Expedite delivery where applicable.
Acts as liaison between all functions for the entire life of the order. From order intake to invoice creation; resolving
Periodic communications to all the stakeholders.
Ordering, tracking of 3rd Party items and ensuring they reach site as per Project Manager requirements
Support the turnkey project management by supporting the backend activities of turnkey like Invoicing, Bill payment of vendor payments, maintaining the dashboard for Turnkey, Respond to turnkey-related RFPs
Escalates issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
Effectively sets priorities in order to meet workload, commitments and all applicable established departmental goals.
Anticipates and manages workload by escalating to their respective team lead or Manager, as required
To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and experience;
Business degree or equivalent combination of education.
1+ years of Project/Operations management.
Hands-on experience in business improvement projects.
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to implement smaller projects with the Ontario region.
Advance (Super User) in programs such as Excel and Powerpoint.
Knowledge of business systems (SAP/ERP Etc.,)
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think critically, “outside the box”, for customer satisfaction and resolution &/or escalation of issues.
Strong learning attitude as career growth opportunity is to move into a Field Project Manager position
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Abliitu to manage multiple tasks and set priorities to ensure completion of daily responsibilities and assigned workload.
Positive, self-starting, flexible and forward-thinking individual with strong organizational skills who can work both independently and in a team environment
Extremely responsive and adaptable to changing business requirements.
Strong documentation skills, with a high attention to accuracy & detail.
May be required to work overtime, based on business / departmental needs.
