Job Description

We are in search for a dynamic Quality & Regulatory Senior Manager. You will join our Philips Canada team based in Markham, Ontario.

In this role, you have the opportunity:

Be a part of a team that drives Customer Experience into the organization to the support transition to Total Quality Management.

You will support all products sold within North America focusing on service and installation within the field. You will work to develop & improve data analysis tools and models for monitoring and assessing product field performance.

You are responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Manage Quality Improvement efforts within the North America market, including formal quality efforts such as CAPA and Audit Responses

  • Responsible for ensuring business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), defined timelines and owner commitments are met

  • As the Quality & Regulatory Senior Manager overseeing the Customer Service Feedback Management system, Q&R Project Manager, and the Installation Record Review team

  • Act as administrator for software tools and processes that support quality improvement efforts

  • Manage review of global quality records and provide data for management review

  • Provide expert knowledge regarding Root Cause Analysis, Effectiveness Criteria and documentation of quality improvement efforts in alignment with regulatory requirement

  • Manage Quality Improvement efforts within the North America market, including formal qualityefforts such as CAPA and Audit Responses

  • Responsible for ensuring business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), defined timelines and owner commitments are met

  • Manage the Customer Service Feedback Management system, Q&R Projects, Post-Market Reporting requirements, and Regulatory Authority Interactions

  • Act as administrator for software tools and processes that support quality improvement effort

  • Manage review of global quality records and provide data for management review

  • Prepare local management review.

  • Participate in and advise cross-functional new product/solution development teams on applicable regulations, requirements, and standards

  • Review and approve product/solution labeling and product/solution-related marketing

  • Maintain existing regulatory filings/ licenses, managing updates and related change control processes

  • Provides leadership direction on understanding, interpretation and implementation of standards and regulations To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor in Business, Economics or related experience

  • 5+ yrs of progressive experience in an Quality roles

  • Experience in project management or leadership roles

  • 5+ yrs of experience in the practical use and implementation of Quality Tools

  • 5+ yrs demonstrated ability to influence in an international business environment

  • Build trusted relationships (internal/) at all levels, cross functions

  • Quality process management
