Trade Fund Analyst
We are in search for a Trade Fund Analyst to provide support to our Trade Analytics Operations team in our Personal Health business group. This position is located in the Philips Canada corporate office located in Markham, Ontario.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage the trade promotion management process for the organization across all businesses. This includes trade funds reporting, system management and analysis/monitoring.
In this position, you will monitor the total trade liabilities for the business and helps facilitate the reconciliation process.
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Run trade fund management reporting function. This includes Open Balance Reports, CO Monthly Report, annual trade Summary Report, and Volume Spend Report.
System Management of the Adesso Trade Promotion Management system. Adesso Administration: New User Set up, New user Training, Reoccurring sales Rep and Customer maintenance. Adesso System Management: Daily Deduction flow into Adesso from SAP, Aged Deduction Reporting, and Valid Deduction Maintenance. Image Silo Administration and Management: New user setup, New user training, Daily monitoring.
Daily/Weekly communication with collections team to ensure accuracy of flow between SAP and Adesso.
Analyze and monitor spend: Account spend performance to date and projected reporting for full year liability, Individual account event analysis on trade maintenance, Account true up of spend based on performance and financial approvals.
Partners with accounting and finance to reconcile spend between Adesso and SAP.
Perform quarterly Trade Spend ICS controls
To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
3+ years minimum experience in sales analysis within a major CPG company
Problem solving, general knowledge of sales operation and support,
Microsoft Office, advanced ability with Excel, PowerPoint, Database reporting
Sales analyst experience
Trade funds knowledge
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a cross functional environment
High energy and drive to succeed
Desire and ability to build new organizational competencies
Data curiosity and strong attention to detail
