You will be part of the Philips Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) Clinical Application Team, delivering clinical application training of Cardiology and Haemo solutions to area and major account customers to maintain customer satisfaction and uptake of the Philips Cardiology Portfolio.
You are responsible for
Ensures successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips Cardiology solutions, with a focus on ECHO and CATH
Configures or manages the configuration of Philips Cardiology solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment
Demonstrates, trains and explains functionality of Philips solutions
Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions
Provides training for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions
Identify application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document and submit those according to standard processes
Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout the implementation to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips solutions
Analyzes the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer
Performs prospecting and identifies upsell opportunities based on knowledge of customer implementation and workflow analysis
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Relevant BA/BS degree or higher in a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Qualifications as a Cardiac Sonographer , Cardiac Technologies, Cath Lab Technician or nurse
Good execution capability and strong desire for success
Extensive knowledge of clinical workflow, specific to ECHO and CATH lab
Outstanding customer service skills, able to identify customer needs quickly, accommodate the customers’ social style and meet the customers’ practical and emotional needs
Strong consultative and facilitation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skill with outgoing character.
Professional presentation skills.
Good skill for Microsoft office software, fluent English in both written and oral
