Philips CS Back Office Analyst Internship in Milano, Italy

In this role, you have the opportunity to be part of HS Technical Support.

You are responsible for

  • Provide tool and Personal protective equipment to field personnel upon request;

  • Manage “Tool Management” application to record and kept updated tools history;

  • Verify tool calibration dates and providing tools substitution to field personnel;

  • Manage shipping to the calibration laboratories of all tools returned by technical personnel;

  • Analyze and escalate “certificate of calibration” in case instrument has been found out of tolerance (OOT);

  • Support in managing “loan systems” process.

You are a part of HS Technical Support.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree, preferably from a technical discipline

  • Comfortable working with data mining and IT tools

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Motivated and organized, self-starter

  • Result oriented

  • Great communication skills

  • Experiences within Customer Service or supporting on field employees is an advantage.
