In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive the cost controlling activities of the Sleep and Respiratory Care Business Group, a ground-breaking business within Philips. In addition, as business partner for SRC Services, you will be challenged to drive the creation of value, financial integration and financially sound business decision making of a business category that will be of great influence for the future of Philips.
You are responsible for
Coordinating and leading the Business Review Meetings, RoFo and AOP reviews, reports and analysis for SRC Services
Overseeing financial integration and driving acquisitions toward attainment of ROIC goals
Identifying risks and opportunities to current financial projections and take corrective actions where needed
Cost controlling for the Sleep and Respiratory Care business
Identifying, planning, implementing and controlling finance and accounting integration work.
Translating Strategic Plans into Annual Operational Plans
You are a part of
The Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) Business group. A collaborative team that is committed to discovering and developing novel solutions to help people sleep and breathe better.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance and or Accounting orientated study
Minimum 6 years of experience in Financial roles
Balanced financial experience including financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, strategy discussion and evaluation of investments
Advanced MS Office user, SAP is a plus
Inspiring leadership skills: inspiring commitment through communication and interpersonal skills
Note : This post will be based in Monroeville and moved to Pittsburgh on 2020.
