In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead a team of market facing leads to:

  1. Improve Customer experience through seamless alignment between markets and supply chain for order execution, escalations and large deal alignment.

  2. Provide a point of escalation for markets for medical devices

  3. Interface across all of medical devices to simplify communication for the markets.

You are responsible for

  • Leading a team of market leads (NA, LATAM, EU, and APAC) for Medical devices organization

  • Being the escalation point for markets (and resolving escalations)

  • Driving overall customer service improvement by advocating for the customers globally and creating a seamless interface with markets

  • Being responsible for order fulfillment, on time delivery and escalation management

  • Ensuring the interests of markets are aptly reflected in allocation and prioritization

  • Providing market perspective to Supply Chain organization for overall forecast capability

You are a part of

Supply Chain Medical Devices organization. This position holder will be reporting to Customer Delivery Leader.

Global Order Fulfillment Leader could be based in Cambridge, MA, Murrysville, PA, or work from home.

This is a very exciting time to be joining Philips as the Medical Devices organization is expanding.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

  • End to End knowledge of Supply Chain process

  • 10 + years of Leadership and Stakeholder Management experience

  • Strong Analytical background and Business acumen

  • Ability to manage the team across the globe

  • Daily Management Skills
