In this role, you have the opportunity to
Lead the North America Sleep & Respiratory Care - B2B Solutions marketing team and drive the business significantly greater than a billion dollars across the post-acute and acute space. The business is shifting “beyond the box”, focusing especially the care continuum from the hospital to the home, transition from volume to value of care and moving to a multi-channel environment where it is key to manage the patient through different care and access environments with the complexity of multitude of stakeholders
The Sr. Marketing Director (B2B Solutions) will lead this team and support the entire spectrum of the businesses of Sleep Therapy, Patient Interface, Home Ventilation, Oxygen Therapy, Respiratory Drug Delivery and Hospital Respiratory Care and be responsible for the BMC planning and execution, monitors performance, develops and enables execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve BMC and AOP-commitments.
You are responsible for
Develop multi-year strategy & product roadmap:
Responsible for the B2B SRC Solutions strategy in North America
Analyze consumer research and competitor information
Collaborate with global team to develop product and claim roadmaps
Work with global team to plan and execute consumer & market research
Fully manage the P&L for the B2B Categories, including sales, gross margin, A&P spend, and net profit.
Builds Marketing Planning (18 months rolling) for BUs for the Market linked to the BMC, and SPOR
Partner with Market Leader, Marketing Leader and BU Leader to lead BMC handshake and ongoing performance management against plan with the Markets
Drives business strategy creation and execution for a specific Business in the Market
Drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI.
Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth, in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements
Ensures relevance of value propositions for the Market
Drive marketing plan & customer acquisition:
Determine required sellex levels to achieve the business ambition, get stakeholder sign-offs, and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
Set clear KPIs, analyze actual performance & optimize frequently
Achieve customer retention by driving high customer engagement and satisfaction with our products and services
Customer-facing brand activities with Sales team:
Get relevant Sales teams excited about the SRC propositions
Work closely with sales managers & leadership to develop & execute retail-specific plans
You are a part of
The North America Sleep and Respiratory Care business and part of the NA SRC Marketing Leadership team and directly report to the Head of Marketing, NA SRC. You will be in a leading role to drive this change, working across the end-to-end value chain. The role offers an attractive balance of strategic thinking and hands-on activity, allowing you to own and shape these large categories
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
MBA or Masters degree required
15+ years in related marketing field preferably in high tech, services or healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses
Broad understanding of the B2B, B2C and Payer Spaces
Deep experience in and across respective healthcare markets and segments
Proven track record building leadership team and leading large marketing organizations
Experience as an integrator in a highly dynamic market and /or matrix organization
Experience with leading a cross functional team
Experience to work in a business with complex market/channel structures
Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas.
