Be in a pivotal marketing role in the Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care New Business Solutions Group, responsible for representing and communicating our services that drive optimal outcomes for our strategic HME partner’s patient engagement, resupply and revenue cycle management business processes. The Business Process Consultant works directly with our Philips NA Market Organization (NA Strategic Accounts, Sales and Field Marketing) to manage each customer’s success within our SaaS and Managed Services portfolio. The Business Process Consultant is required to have deep expertise in one or more of the following: DME/HME Revenue cycle management, Billing Management Platforms and Resupply Operations.

You are responsible for

Business Process Consultants offer subject matter expertise on multiple DME/HME operational and patient facing processes and are responsible for ensuring their customers receive the most value possible from their investment with Sleep and Respiratory Care’s SaaS and Managed Services. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Growth and Retention: Maintaining and building new relationships in concert with our North American Market counterparts. Managing a portfolio of accounts, helping to ensure customer success from client goal setting and guidance on best practices to performing quarterly business reviews. Aiding in strategic sales opportunities serving as the Subject Matter Expert for customer presentations.

  • Customer Centric Advocacy: Sharing and providing supporting data that drive improvements to customer success across our SaaS and managed services. Assess, Champion and share customer specific solutions with Product Management and Services Operations that could have broader appeal.

  • Customer Success Management: Proactively drive optimal customer results through direct analysis of operational key performance indicators and benchmarking comparison. Develop excellent working relationships with North American Sales and Marketing, Service Operations, and other Philips team members to ensure a superior ongoing experience for customers to achieve their program goals and optimize their investments with Philips.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA preferred 5+ years’ experience in Home Care, Home Care Solutions /SaaS applications

  • Demonstrated leadership in managed Strategic Healthcare accounts

  • Demonstrated knowledge of DME/HME market place

  • Technically savvy and comfortable working with and learning new applications and automated outreach solutions leveraging Chat, IVR, Text, Email and Live Call.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of DME Billing, Patient Management and/or workflow management systems.

  • Understanding of HIPPA data privacy and security regulations impact on patient outreach solutions.

  • Extensive Experience in Home Care Business Operations or Home Care Workflow /Revenue Cycle Management /Resupply Software Solutions.

  • Demonstrated Experience leveraging data in the presentation of outcomes for Customer Use. Ability to synthesize market and customer knowledge, SaaS product Knowledge, new products and services into winning solutions.

  • Excellent decision making and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make decisions and prioritize despite uncertainty and ambiguity.

  • Proven communication skills, including listening, communicating, and persuading. Comfort presenting to colleagues, management, and customers in both formal and informal settings.

  • 20-40% travel (including international travel) required.
