In this role, you have the opportunity to
Mainly focus on CS business and Service delivery on US line, to recover broken-down systems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver qualified service to customers including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, installation and FCO.
To ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty, and is playing a very important role in the growth of customer service business and sales business.
You are responsible for
Ensure timely and high quality external customer services in all service categories including Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Installation and FCO etc.;
Own customer satisfaction & service quality KPIs for assigned account;
Cooperate and provide support to ultrasound commercial sales team in responsible area
Develop business in assigned account. Meet whole year service sales target including sales revenue, OIT, AR, CCP% etc.;
Plan and deliver assigned service to customers with high quality, update service working order and return parts and clean DMR in time as required by company or team;
Finish other tasks assigned by team & company.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
College, University Bachelor or above; advanced Electronics Certificate or equivalent in electrical engineering
3 years work experience on customer service in Healthcare industry
Travel Frequency: 50%
Strong technical knowledge on Healthcare products
Strong communication skill and Open mind to share with others
Clear and logic thinking
Good sales and service sense
Good execution skill
Basic English skill in reading, writing and speaking
Willing to take responsibility
Self motivation and self management
