In this role you have the opportunity to:
Serve as a core Business to Business (B2B, Hospital to Home (H2H) and Senior Living) Financial Operations Support Analyst, with a primary focus on H2H Billing and Accounts Receivables (AR) functions. This role works with both internal stakeholders such as Operations, Sales, Contracts, Accounting and external stakeholders to provide exceptional service to Customers, Programs and other business partners.
You are responsible for
Reviewing and understanding B2B (B2B, H2H and Senior Living) contracts and execute billing tasks per contract terms, as well as provide statements upon customers’ requests
Collaborating with stakeholders such as Operations, Sales, Contracts and Accounting departments to ensure B2B accounts are maintained accurately
Generating finance reports such as Revenue, AR Aging reports and Commissions reports and provide analysis to Controller and Management as required
Support and backup pricing function including timely response to and resolution of pricing escalations and other functions as necessary
Provide input on functionality and enhancements that would improve and streamline tasks related to Financial Operations
Organizing follow up as necessary on key proactive initiatives to ensure customers’ expectations are met, and provide feedback to management while offering suggestions for further development
Facilitating teach backs related to enhancements to the department and coordinate cross functional communications between Customers, Programs, Contracts, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments
Updating customers’ accounts as necessary, including inventory tracking and processing account terminations
Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with partners to optimize customers’, programs’ and other business partners’ experience
Researching and resolving all customer billing inquiries (phone and email) timely, and issue/process credits and writes as applicable
Performing all Month-End tasks for all assigned business lines as required
Capturing thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and reporting standards of all aspects of the billing functions in both manual and electronic platforms
Supporting co-ops program by helping students learn the different software and processes including PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Manman and Vantive
Maintaining records in an organized manner and files/archives documents to ensure appropriate access while maintaining confidentiality

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
2+ years financial reporting and customer service experience
Demonstrates exemplary customer service through demeanor, approach to relationships with employees and customers, and through leadership style
Utilizes tools to support daily functions such as Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Knowledge and/or experience with Peoplesoft, Manman, SAP, ValuePlus and Quickbooks preferred
Demonstrates ability to learn other proprietary system tools such as Salesforce.com
Ability to learn quickly, function in fast paced environment and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Team oriented, ability to gain the cooperation of others in pursuit of company goals
Strong work ethic with proven track record of dependability and consistency
Ability to think independently, have strong problem solving skills, and have a continuous improvement mentality
Planning, organization and effective time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
