The CPQ-CLM Business Transformation Program is fundamental to the success of Philips. It allows us to put customers first, setting the stage for future growth and success. The Subject Matter Expert role is part of the CPQ-CLM Program Support Center, positioned closely within our operations team in Nashville, TN and acting as a center of knowledge and experience in the capabilities that the program delivers and ensures they are utilized to the full extent.

You are responsible for the following
The Subject Matter Expert is responsible for providing expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to Configure-Price-Quote, Contract Lifecycle Management, Pricing and Commercial Catalog processes, data and technology elements.
Serve as technical expert on executive-level operational teams providing process guidance, technical direction, interpretation and alternatives.
Continuously analyzing the business adoption and process performance and identifying and coaching / guiding the teams on improvement opportunities.
Follow-up on the measurements of adoption of the standard work and behavioral changes in the organization.
Act as the local extension/ambassador of the program support center, funnel information both ways and be the local change agent for new releases and capability improvements.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree in information systems or equivalent experience
5 years’ experience in sales, finance or customer service environment
Experience in Apttus, Salesforce and SAP
Diverse knowledge of functional areas such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance
Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization build consensus and to work through others in achieving goals and objectives
Advanced with PC skills (Excel, Visual Basic, MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with ability to analyze complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develops integrated, creative solutions
Good organizational, time management and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned tasks, roles and responsibilities
Ability to formulate reports and present accumulated information
Experience with Lean / Six Sigma is preferred
