Philips Business Process Expert (Opportunity to Order) in Nashville, Tennessee

  • Participate in, provide expert support to and challenge E2E Transformations on the diagnosis and improvement of commercial capabilities within the area of expertise, bringing in and capturing best practices to maximize impact

  • Drive real change through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of processes, solutions and best practices in our markets and busineses.

  • Drive and manage process performance in line with defined KPIs and business objectives

  • Build and operate a strong network of stakeholders, subject matter experts and peers in Markets, Businesses and other functions

  • Serve as technical expert on executive-level operational teams providing process guidance, technical direction, interpretation and alternatives.

  • Continuously analyzing the business adoption and process performance and identifying and coaching / guiding the teams on improvement opportunities.

  • Follow-up on the measurements of adoption of the standard work and behavioral changes in the organization.

  • Act as the local extension/ambassador of the program support center, funnel information both ways and be the local change agent for new releases and capability improvements.

Key competencies / experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in information systems or equivalent experience

  • 10 years’ experience in sales, finance or customer service environment

  • Experience in Apttus, Salesforce and SAP

  • Diverse knowledge of functional areas such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization build consensus and to work through others in achieving goals and objectives

  • Advanced with PC skills (Excel, Visual Basic, MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)

  • Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with ability to analyze complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develops integrated, creative solutions

  • Good organizational, time management and project management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment

  • Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned tasks, roles and responsibilities

  • Ability to formulate reports and present accumulated information

  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma is preferred
